Rosella House

A unique project in the heart of Piper St in Creswick, Rosella House comprises two shop fronts situated beneath two apartments. 

Complying with Heritage Guidelines was an important component for this build, along with maximising the use of the site. The colourful brickwork design of the shopfront is a nod to the stunning Rosellas that are native to the area, while the two-bedroom apartments feature north-facing living spaces with balconies overlooking the iconic town centre.
